Returns & Exchange Policy

At Waqtly, we are committed to providing high-quality products and transparent service. By placing an order, you accept the price and any active promotions at the moment of purchase.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

Eligibility for returning an item due to "Change of Mind" or "Buyer’s Remorse" depends on your location:

  • UK & European Union (EU): In accordance with local consumer rights, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) & Rest of World: Returns in these regions are only accepted for verified manufacturing faults or shipping damage.

2. Conditions for Non-Faulty Returns (UK/EU Only)

For eligible "Change of Mind" returns, the following strict criteria apply:

  • Restocking Fee: A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and inspection.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and security seals 100% intact.
  • Shipping: While Waqtly provides Free Shipping on your initial order, the cost of return shipping to our facility is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items (Global)

If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, we offer a Refund or Replacement.

  • Mandatory Evidence: You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and the original shipping box to help@waqtly.com to process any claim.
  • Non-Qualifying Issues: The following are technical characteristics and are not classified as faults:
    • Normal screen glow or backlight bleeding.
    • Minor pixel variations.
    • Superficial cosmetic marks that do not impact functionality.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Our policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water exposure, power surges, or unauthorized hardware modifications.

4. The Return Process

  1. Email Us: To start a return, you must first email help@waqtly.com with your order number and reason for return (including photos for damaged/faulty claims).
  2. Approval: Once reviewed, our team will send you a Returns Link to officially register and approve your return.
  3. Pack: Secure the item in its original packaging. Ensure it is packed safely; damage during return transit may result in a rejected refund.
  4. Label & Send: Download and print the shipping label provided in the portal and drop the package at the designated carrier point.
  5. Refund/Replacement: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement.

Note: Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that banks and card issuers may require additional processing time to reflect the credit in your account.
